Information used by this website
Your enquiry list stores product references, configurations and quantities on your device. Your privacy choice is also stored there. The email preparation form stays in page memory and is not stored by this site. It is handed to your email app only when you choose to open a draft. Hosting services may process IP addresses, request information and security logs to deliver and protect the website.
When you contact us
An email or call can disclose your contact details, location and project requirements. That information is used to respond to your request, discuss quotations and manage the resulting correspondence. Do not send sensitive identity documents, payment credentials or unrelated personal information. Email and telecommunications providers also process communications under their own terms.
Purpose and lawful use
Enquiries are used to take steps you request before a possible contract. Service delivery and agreed orders may require contract-related records; statutory obligations may require particular records. Security and dispute handling may involve legitimate interests subject to applicable safeguards. Marketing requires a separate appropriate basis and is not enabled on this website. Storage and retention
The enquiry list is stored in browser local storage until you clear it or 30 days pass; expired data is removed on the next visit. Privacy choices expire after 180 days and are renewed on a subsequent visit. You can clear these records at any time on the privacy controls page. Correspondence held in an email account is separate: contact us about deletion and retention of a specific conversation. Records needed for legal obligations or disputes may need to be retained. Hosting-log retention is controlled by the hosting provider; no fixed deletion period is promised here.
Providers and international processing
Hosting and email providers may process information outside your country. The applicable provider arrangements and any required cross-border safeguards must be assessed for the actual processing. No advertising, analytics, social tracking pixels or remote font requests are installed by this site. We do not sell browser enquiry-list information.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent where consent is relied on. Contact us with enough detail to locate the relevant information; do not send an identity document unless a proportionate verification method has been agreed. Browser-local data can be deleted directly. You may complain to Kenya’s Office of the Data Protection Commissioner or your applicable supervisory authority. Mandatory rights are not limited by this notice.
Children and updates
This service is intended for adults arranging products or property work. A parent or guardian can contact us about information submitted by a child. Material changes in how this website collects data will be reflected in this notice before the changed feature is enabled.
